excuse my horrible writing. im tired.

So this is for Jessica who tagged me here and Daniel Luu who tagged me like 3 months ago on facebook... haha sorry for the delay... so here i go:

1) i almost died 2 times by the age of 2. the first time was in a house fire back when i lived in the Philippines. i dont remember much of it because i was like 1, but my mom and grandma tell me stories of what happened and im not sure if im just imagining it, but i can picture images from the event. my mom always tell me that when our house was on fire, they were all outside and she realized i was still in. So she ran up to the room to find me. the room was filled with smoke and iy was had to see, but she managed to find my head. i was sleeping on the bed, so she grabbed me by the hair and rescued me. besides the fact she forgot about me, my mama is my hero. the second time i almost died was from a natural disaster. i was involved in the eruption of the active volcano, Mt. Pinatubo. i was little so i only can recall a few things... like watching my grandma tell people to get sandbags to protect our house, and going to someone's house and eating champerado, a way for us to calm down and not get scared, and i remember seeing chaos everywhere and being in my grandmas old maroon volvo, watching rocks from the sky. it was definitely very scary, but i am very fortunate and thankful to survive and everyone in my family. thank god.

2) since pre-school to college ive attended 8 schools. from public to private to international to public again, i can say ive experienced a variety of school systems, and so far the one i learned the most was the International School i attended in the Philippines. by far the most challenging.. who in 4th and 5th grade gets to dissect living hamsters and frogs and cut them open, have zoology, biology and agriculture as required subject, already taking examinations and dictation. from my experience i can say that the american school system sucks! the end.

3) my dream in life is to be a world traveler. i love to travel! ive been traveling since i was 2 years old when i came to america. So far ive been to around 12 US states, philippines, hong kong, thailand, france and italy. im motive to work hard and earn lots of money to travel the world. i love seeing new place, learning different cultures and meeting the locals. i believe its important to be open-minded and embrace cultural differences. last summer i studied in italy and every weekend for 10 weeks i traveled to at least 1-3 different cities. one of my best experiences happened in the hostels because i got the chance to meet travelers from all over, share stories and also explore the city together. for everyone out there who has never been out of california or their area, get out there and travel, dont be scared to explore see and the world...

4) the only movie that is guaranteed to make me cry every time is Father of the Bride. i donno why but it gives me the same feeling and emotions ever since the first time i watched it, in 1992? i guess it plays a role in why im so picky when it comes with boys. i wanna find the right one to present to my family bc their opinions and approval really matters to me.

5) the person who influences me the most is my brother EJ. he is more parent-like then my mom and dad. i think by the time i was 7, my parents left me and my 9 year old brother alone at home. when i think back on it i would say my parents were crazy for letting us cook and do what ever we want. but it did teach us how to be independent and responsible individuals. sure my brother bosses me around and everything, but i appreciate how raw and honest he is to me. he tells me how it is and makes me rethink what i do, because he wants to push me harder and knows im capable of more. i just wanna say i love my brother despite all the bad things i say about him, mostly from my jealously towards him... ahha

6) im currently addicted to Jon and Kate plus 8 minus Mady! hahahaa.. sorry but mady is a bitch and i cant stand her. after going to LA and watching the season of it with kerri and cece.. i got more addicted. the show has no real epic moments, but the kids are adorable and its interesting how different their personalities are. i love the watching interaction between kate and jon bc they are just so sweet with each other. and i know theres a bunch of u out there who are addicted as well, especially all you boys!
